This is a charity very close to my heart.
My Mother was a war widow , my Father Alfred Kitchener was a regular in the royal Artillery. I was 1 year old when my Dad died..My Mother was a talented musician so she didn't have to rely on the pittance known as a war widows pension.

I am 74 year old and raising funds through grading in Kyokushin karate. Its the hardest style of karate there is.On  June 18th 2023 after 7 hard fought hours i was awarded Ist Dan Shodan Black Belt.Also I am hoping to compete in a knockdown tournament. Thanks again for supporting me.Osu.
