For a number of years Artworks have been involved with Empire Fighting Chance and this year have decided to take on the Cotswold Way 53km Ultra Challenge to help raise funds to support their amazing work.

This is a non-stop 53k that we need to complete in a day, there are 8 of us taking part and would really appreciate any donation you can make to help support our fundraising.

All money raised will be going direct to the charity as

For those that are unaware of Empire Fighting Chance was born on Bristol’s streets to fight the impact of deprivation on the lives of young people. They use a powerful combination of non-contact boxing and intensive personal support to challenge and inspire young people to realise their unique potential.

Empire target young people from deprived neighbourhoods. Many live in poverty, poor housing and workless households. The toll that deprivation can take on families is substantial, with young people exposed to domestic abuse, family breakdown, addiction and chaotic home lives. A deeply embedded culture of low aspirations holds young people back, with few opportunities to be considered within reach. The toxic conditions that young people ensure can create a range of issues.

By supporting this cause your money could pay for the following:-

- £50 could fund a Boxing Therapy session for a young person
- £375 could provide a fully equipped kit bag for outreach work in schools
- £500 could enable 1 young person to access our 20-week Training with Champions Programme.

It’s going to be a great opportunity for us to raise funds for a charity that do some amazing work and spend some quality time as a team away from the office.
