As you all know, "Danger" is my middle name!  On Sunday, 14th October, I took part in a charity skydive (that's me in the picture! Absolutely cacking it!!!!!) through Sewa International and am raising money for Refuge - who help women and children suffering from domestic violence and Macmillan Cancer Support - who support families of those suffering from Cancer related illnesses.

We all know the prevalence of Cancer and the great work that Macmillan have been doing for years, but I have also learnt that domestic violence is the biggest killer of women aged 19-44.
