If you're here that means I've already grabbed your attention with this crazy idea of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro.  Most of you might be thinking what’s so crazy about climbing Africa’s highest mountain, as so many others have done it before?

Well for those who know me and don't about 10 years ago I had a serious accident in which I lost a very close and dear friend and the impact of the accident cause serious damage to my body. I was in coma for 8 months and had to undergo multiple surgeries (12 in total) on my left knee, abdomen and pelvis. I was told by doctors that I will never be able to walk again.  I was in a wheel chair for a year till I started thinking about the possibilities of walking again.

And I did.. I spent many months in intensive rehab to learn how to walk again. I surprised everyone around me and mostly myself.

Well – ever since then many of my crazy ideas have been achieved – Getting in to Law school, having a successful banking career and now running my own businesses in two countries.

Recently, my consultancy firm was given an opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro for a good cause and we jumped at the opportunity right away and I couldn't say NO.

Who is PATT Foundation ?

A UK registered charity and a Thailand Foundation operating throughout the Southeast Asia region. PATT initiates, develops and manages large-scale reforestation projects countering deforestation and climate change.

In conjunction with its reforestation projects, PATT conducts environmental education programmes for school children across the UK and Thailand.
