Every 40 seconds someone commits suicide. Most people will be affected by suicide either directly or indirectly at some point in their life. I lost a close friend to suicide. It would have been his birthday on the 25th of December. I am hoping to raise awareness about suicide by doing a 40 second Ice bath every day from Christmas day to the 25th of January.
