On Sunday 27th September 2026, I will be running the Berlin Marathon to raise vital funds for Islamic Relief's Palestine Appeal.

Running 26.2 miles is an incredible challenge, and I would truly appreciate your prayers and donations to help me get through it. Together, we can continue supporting the people of Gaza and make a meaningful difference.

The healthcare system in Gaza remains under immense strain, as tens of thousands of pregnant women do not have access to safe birthing facilities, skilled medical professionals, or critical postnatal care. Many are forced to give birth in dangerous conditions, putting both mother and child at severe risk. Islamic Relief is providing urgent maternal healthcare to ensure that expectant mothers receive the medical care they need to give birth and recover safely and with dignity.

Unfortunately, many children and babies who need specialist medical care are out of options if they remain in Palestine. As a result, there is a critical need to evacuate as many children out of Palestine as possible. Islamic Relief is funding a Medical Evacuation for Children in Gaza project to cover the essential costs associated with housing and social care for the children and their carers to bring to the UK for urgent treatment.
