I have chosen a physical challenge - that sounds like I'm taking part in Crystal Maze!
Across the bank holiday weekend I will be completing a 10k walk (being 100 metres x 100), 100 press ups, 100 squats, 100 bicep curls, 100 shoulder presses, 100 tricep extensions, 100 rows, 100 scissor kicks, 100 lunges and 100 jumping jacks. That's 10 exercises altogether. I'll also document my efforts for proof of the pain I'm sure to be in.
Now for some that may seem easy peasy, but I guarantee that it will stretch my abilities and my muscles! And, unfortunately, I can't do the other challenge I had in mind, which was to eat 100 slices of pizza across the weekend...something about a bridemaid's dress to fit into soon.
