London to Brighton off-road Bike Ride · 21 September 2013 ·

Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

Hi everyone,

You may or may not know that I am riding in 2 London to Brighton's this year, one in September off road and the other next month on the 16th of June on road.

I am doing it in honour of my late father who died suddenly last year of a heart attack aged 52 in August 2012, which is why I picked the London to Brighton as it supports the British heart foundation.

A lot of us in our lives will be touched with a story like mine where you would like to know more about how to prevent something like this happening to people at such a young age or stop it happening all together, and your support will go towards that happening.

So please if you are able to give as much as you can for me and help in my goal for the Right Track team to get £5000 this year and bring some happiness to some family's this year.

Thank you all very much.
