Hiya, for those that don’t know me, my name is Ashley Gardner, I’m 27, and weigh nearly 22 Stone, and I’ve struggled all my life, with my anxiety, social anxiety, bullying etc, not a great deal of support until now and as a child I felt like there was no support out there, no one to talk to, and it’s really important for young people to speak out, to talk about how their feeling, to open up, this charity do amazing work with young people, and show they are not alone in this world, and their not.. if it wasn’t for the support of the sawalha-Adderley community i honestly wouldn’t be able to do this.. I’m not setting any date, because; I don’t want to push myself so much and make myself ill, so from next Sunday I will be posting a video of the scales, so you guys can see my progress, and I’m sure there will be some set backs, but with you guys support anything is possible.. so thank you thank you thank you for your kind donations and support
