Ashley House "On Your Bike Challenge" (was 07/06/14) · 21 June 2014

Resources for Autism supports children and adults affected by autism, and their families. Autism affects how a person understands and relates to the world around them. Although there is no cure, individuals can fulfil their potential through the specialist services and information that Resources for Autism offers.

Story

On 21st June 2014, Ashley House employees together with supportive families completed a significant cycling challenge by riding the 101 miles from our High Wycombe office to our offices in Nuneaton to raise money for Resources for Autism

The route was undulating and generally followed the Chiltern Railway line until Leamington Spa, where it turned East towards Nuneaton.

We were blessed with a beautiful sunny day, and a light headwind all the way did little to dull our progress.  All riders arrived safely in Nuneaton for tea and cakes and thankfully without having suffered any punctures or mechanical issues.

We are grateful to have received support from Enterprise Hire in Nuneaton, who generously provided a van to assist with the logistics of returning riders and bikes back to High Wycombe.

Its not too late to donate - and all money raised will go to our corporate charity - Resources for Autism. Please show your support to this significant challenge and very worthwhile cause!!
