Ashley Klein's Catholic Charities of Atlanta fundraising page

2021-2022 Catholic Leadership Class · 18 October 2021 ·
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page supporting the work of Catholic Charities of Atlanta (CCA)!
What draws me to support CCA is the diverse services they provide to the most vulnerable people in our community. CCA works to ensure that individuals can attain self-sufficiency through programs designed to develop critical life skills (for example, financial literacy, English as a second language, and other education and counseling service).
I first learned of CCA while providing pro bono legal services to the Pro bono Partnerships of Atlanta. Although my legal practice is corporate/transactional in nature, I have a special interest in immigration law. Without the help of CCA, and other immigration legal services organizations, immigrant children would be forced to appear in immigration court without legal representation and without speaking English. (It's truly heartbreaking to imagine a non-English speaking four year old appearing in U.S. immigration court, unaccompanied by family, and without legal counsel.)
Your donation to CCA would help children and adults in our community have access to opportunities they wouldn't otherwise have. We all deserve a dignified life.
Charities pay a small fee for our service. Learn more about fees
