Story

It's not particularly what he would have wanted ... but he would have wanted me to live my life and have fun ... so indirectly it's what he would have wanted somehow 😂

After finishing previous charity challenges such as Running 100 Miles in 1 Month, and finishing a Half marathon in 1 week's notice, among other fitness challenges, Sports and Feats - my next ambitious goal is to start from scratch and compete in an MMA bout on Nov 19th, 2023 at PRYZM Watford 🥊🕺

Mixed Martial Arts - more widely known as MMA synonymous with the UFC, involves the complexity of various styles including Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Muy Thai, Wrestling, Kickboxing, and many more ...
All under one set of rules against an equality competitive training partner, I have 8 weeks to get fight-ready in the name of fundraising for charity and putting on the greatest show! 🎩

The sport is about discipline and respect, while my grandad held that title for many years in my life I hope to continue to honor his name by participating in events that will greatly help those in need like he did earlier last year, 🙏

My charity of choice is Bowel Cancer UK, please see a description of the work below:
We’re the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We fund targeted research, provide expert information and support to patients and their families, educate the public and professionals about the disease, and campaign for early diagnosis and access to the best treatment and care. We’re here to stop people dying of bowel cancer.
