The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So after two half marathons and some time out of the country it is time to find my running shoes for the ultimate task. On April 9th 2017, I will be taking part in the Brighton Marathon in memory of my Nana who passed away in 2012.

1 in 4 of us will suffer from mental health at some stage in our lives.

Whether you are family, a friend or someone who I may not know all that well, this is an opportunity for those who have had, or have a family member/friend with a mental health condition, a chance to support this charity with the work they do. I have seen first-hand as to where the money donated goes and who it individually helps.

However small the donation is, it's the thought that counts and does feel a good deed done once given.

I am never one to ask or preach, but in this case any donations, advice or guidance on how I can get through this in one piece, will be highly appreciated!

Thank you so much.
