Here at The Treehouse Club - a nursery, pre-school and Forest School nestled in locations around the Essex countryside - we are always looking for ways to help the community and raise awareness and funds for great causes. We've done lots of fundraising in the past but this time around we thought we would go a further step up the bravery ladder and try our hands at... Wing Walking! The children that our chosen charity, When You Wish Upon a Star, grants wishes to are so very brave and so this is the perfect charity for us to donate as much as we can to via our planned soar into the skies... 

The charity was founded in Nottingham by Barbara White OBE who was so inspired by a seriously ill four year old with a dream to meet Mickey Mouse that she wanted to bring smiles to the faces of many more brave and courageous children. Its Wishes have the power to transform the lives of the children and families the charity works with and since 1990 they have proudly granted over 18000 Wishes across the UK. We hope to help them achieve even more Wishes so do please sponsor us for any amount you can spare. Every penny will go towards helping us to help them. 

Myself, Ashley (Managing Director) and our Operations Director, Ruth, are petrified and excited in equal measures about this escapade so thank you in advance for your support! We really are going to be strapping ourselves to the wing of a plane and taking to the skies over Essex, and anyone who knows us will also know that our knees are already trembling.
