After being a smoker for almost 30years, I finally found the will and determination to stop on the 16th Oct 2016, which as of today is 53 days smoke free! When you stop smoking, it's recommended you reward yourself to stay motivated. So instead of quite literally burning cash, my reward is to help as many pooches be saved and rescued. I'm passionate about animal welfare, and have experienced the joy and love that a dog can bring in to your life. Hope Rescue is an amazing charity who caught my attention about 2 years ago. The volunteers do amazing things to help dogs in need. After 11 years of using boarding kennels they have the chance to buy their very own rescue centre that will transform the lives of so many rescue dogs. 

So for the first 100 days as a non-smoker I will be donating some of the money I would have spent smoking, which will be £4.00 a day! 

I'm asking my friends and any supporters to match just one day or even just one pound with me. If you were planning to give me a Christmas card or present, would you do this instead. I have everything I need, and this would make such a difference to so many dogs lives.
