NHS Charities Together is a national independent charity caring for the NHS. Together with a network of over 230 NHS charities across the UK, we provide the extra support needed to care for NHS staff, patients and communities.

Story

Collectively as a "work from home" virtual team - we are looking to complete a total of 29220 minutes of physical activity in the month of October. We are doing this to show our support for our wonderful NHS that was formed in 1948 and that is on average how many minutes each one us will be looking to complete in the month.
