Many of you are probably aware I put on a charity event every year to raise money for the neonatal baby unit at West Suffolk Hospital who cared for my son Archie when he was born early at 29 weeks weighing just 2lb 7oz. He is now a fighting fit nearly 9 year old and myself and my family owe everything to that amazing ward and staff.

Due to covid-19, this year I obviously haven’t been able to hold any fundraising events and after catching covid myself and losing all fitness levels I have set myself the challenge of running 9k everyday in December.
