I thought it was time to up my game and truly road test my lungs with a Marathon! I choose Amsterdam as it should be flat!

But most importantly I'm running for Freedom- for Anti-Slavery International. Although this exploitation is often not called slavery, the conditions are the same. People are sold like objects, forced to work for little or no pay and are at the mercy of their "employers".  Anti-Slavery International combats:
