We support people with autism in Greater Manchester and their families and carers

Story

Like everyone else, people affected by Asperger Syndrome (a high functioning form of autism) are desperate to have friends. But because they lack the social understanding, communication and interaction skills that the rest of us take for granted, they struggle to make and keep friends.

Their world is one of confusion, isolation, and crushing loneliness, where they feel unloved and unappreciated.

At Aspirations we are trying to help, with support, positive activities and friendship, but we need your help to help them.

Peter and Sarah are dusting off their jogging shoes for this year's Great Manchester Run to raise much needed funds for Aspirations. Please give as generously as you can.
