This year, we're taking on the Aspire Channel Swim together! Swimming 2.4 miles each, we will be totting up the 22 miles in a relay-style edition of the challenge. Every eight hours someone is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice, housing and grants that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently. We would love your support on this. Some of us aren't strong swimmers, whilst others have a strong fitness background. 

Kicking off the swim will be Em, Emily, John, Dave and Julie. Once we have completed the challenge, we will be passing the baton on to Paul, Amy and Clare, before Stephen and Lucie cross the finish line in December. 

This is a big challenge, but the more we raise, the more of a difference we will make, so please be generous!
