I'm raising money for Marie Curie so that they can continue to offer the same support that they offered our family. This year my father, Nicholas Dugdale, passed away and the care he was given at his end of life stage was beyond words. Without them, I don't know how we would have coped. Marie Curie are unsung heroes and need our support so that they can continue giving the same high level of care to others at their end of life. Not only do they help you, but they make you comfortable and let you know you're not alone. Please donate anything you can to help them continue their incredible work. 

I will be running 5k and doing a 24 hour stream to help raise money. Date still to be confirmed.
