Dear all,

I hope everyone is keeping very safe and well.

I wanted to create a fundraiser for a cause important to me because of my own diagnosis and educate others on the condition. 

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic illness involving the Central Nervous System where the immune system attacks myelin, which is the protective layer around nerve fibers.

This causes inflammation and scar tissue, or lesions. This can make it hard for your brain to send signals to the rest of your body.

MS Society's work is based on the hopes and aspirations of our MS community. Together we campaign at all levels, fund ground-breaking research, and provide award-winning support and information.

Our people provide a community of volunteers, fundraisers, researchers, and campaigners working together to stop MS. 

They provide high quality, professional services to support people living with multiple sclerosis, and they listen to people affected by MS.

Thank you all for your contribution to a cause I am passionate about and I hope it will affect others with MS positively.
