On 7th July 2018, a small team of us are hiking Ben Nevis to raise money for Mind - The Mental Health Charity.
Mind provides support for those suffering any kind of mental health problem and it supports their families too.

They do a really important job.

Mental health issues affect approximately one in six adults and only one in three of those adults seek help. Mind helps provide those people a place and an opportunity where they feel safe to discuss their problems and worries.

More children and young people are reaching out for help than ever before and that is because because of charities like Mind and the very important work that they do.


We chose Mind as they had provided a great service and lots of help to someone close to one of our team members. Their story really touched us and so we decided that it was time to try to help those that are suffering in silence, those that are too scared or worried to ask for support, and those who desperately need help and who really struggle to ask for it.

We want to help Mind, help other people who are struggling, to understand that it is ok to reach out and ask for help.

It is time to talk about mental health and help those who need it most!

Our target donation of a £1000 can make a huge difference. It will be spent locally, in a small community, to provide services directly to those who really need them.

Any donation big or small goes a long, long way and we all really appreciate any donation made.
