'CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE, WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE!'

Hi everyone, ThreeUK have kindly sent Connie a signed Chelsea Shirt (signed by 11 of the first team, including Thiago Silva, Oliver Giroud, Jorginho and our champions league winning captain Cesar Azpilicueta)  which I will be raffling off to help raise funds for Connie's continued physiotherapy and aftercare.

To be in with a chance of winning this amazing shirt all you have to do is donate £10 to be in the raffle. 

How the raffle will run 

1x £10 donation equals x1entry into the raffle, For every additional £10 you donate you will get another raffle entry.

So if you donate £100 that will equal 10 raffle tickets.

PLEASE LEAVE YOUR FULL NAME WHEN BUYING A RAFFLE TICKET

The raffle will run until the Final of Euro2020, Sunday 11th July 2021.

Once the raffle is complete all entries will be placed into a hat ( So again if you bought 10 raffle tickets your name will be in the hat 10 times) and Connie will then draw the winner.
