Many of you know that I work at this truely special charity. The Hospice is special on so many levels; the amazing care given to patients needing end of life care, the support family members receive and the incredible team who deliver such exceptional care. 

In recent years, I've had loved ones who have needed hospice care so I know what an invaluable support they are. Because of this I want to raise as much money as I can by doing this 60 mile trek along Hadrain's Wall.

I'm stepping in quite last minute so please believe me when I say that this will be a challenge rather than a gentle ramble along some ancient ruins (the wall; not me!).
