Earlier this year, my friend Tracy asked me if I would join one of her teams to run the relay in the Belfast marathon this year to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. Its a great organisation that provides care and support to terminal cancer patients all over the UK. 

Of course I said that I would, and not only would I run the relay I would run the whole thing.

Ive been very late setting up this page as due to a series of niggling fitness issues and a few injuries, I was concerned that I wouldnt be able to run. Well, the race is now only 5 days away, and while my fitness is not even close to where it should be, Im going to give it a try. 

Once a year I do an event for charity. That means that I will only ask you once a year for money. So please... dig deep (metaphorically speaking) and donate some money to this worthy cause.
