Luke Baxter is raising money for Little Princess Trust

Ava-Jane Gets The Chop · 18 November 2021

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

It was just about a decade ago that AJ lost all her hair when she had chemotherapy. She now has a lustrous mane and has not had her hair cut during the whole of lockdown. The time has come!

She will be donating her locks to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that makes wigs for children who have lost their hair.

This is their message:

When a child loses their hair to cancer or another condition, we'll be there with a free, real hair wig to help restore their confidence and identity. We won't stop until the research that we fund ends childhood cancer forever. Promise. Please visit us at www.littleprincesses.org.uk to find out how you can help us give young people back what cancer takes away. The Trust relies solely on the efforts of enthusiastic community fundraisers. We receive no formal funding. Please help to raise money for us so that we can help more families.
