Shelter helps people in England and Scotland  struggling with inadequate housing or homelessness through advice, support and legal services.

 The impact of their services is felt greatly - between 2018-2019 Shelter helped 33,000 households, creating a positive change in their housing situation, by either improving living conditions, providing accommodation or negotiating with landlords/tenants. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began Shelter has seen a steep incline in the amount of calls they are receiving with “phones ringing off the hook every day”. Let’s help support them to do their best work during this tricky time.
