I am fundraising for 3Ts again this year. They are such an amazing charity and I wanted to continue my support for them.

County Monaghan has one of the highest rates of suicide in Ireland and this needs to change. We need to acknowledge people who are feeling suicidal and need to talk. We have swept this topic under the carpet for way too long.
