On 8th September 2020, I have volunteered to be strapped on the top wing of a Boeing Stearman biplane, taking to the skies to experience an exciting series of flypasts, zoom climbs, steep dives and banks!
The 450mhp engine and propeller in front of me hitting speeds of 760mhp should be enough to get the adrenaline going before leaving the tarmac...
This is in aid of the St. James's Place Charitable Foundation who want to make a positive and lasting difference in people's lives through their grant-giving.
I have been aware of the St. James's Place Foundation for a number of years through my Dad's fundraising activities; Since joining his practice in 2019, I felt determined to do something myself to support this fantastic organisation.
They support hundreds of charities, children and people in need, please follow the link to find out more information: https://sjpfoundation.co.uk
A huge thank you for any support, it will certainly help the climb onto the top of the wing!
Images and a video to follow post event! Thanks again,
