My wonderful wife and I have momentarily gone mad and decided to do the 2023 Great North Run!! This year we are supporting the work of the MS Society, a charity very close to our hearts. As always I’m very late in the day sending this around, but if you’ve got any spare dosh kicking about, we’d really appreciate it!
