Hi to you all , myself and two of my younger fitter workmates 😝have signed up for a 100 mile bike ride🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️ in aid of prostate cancer , most people will know someone who has battled this illness some successfully others sadly who have not ,the three of us cycling each lost very close relatives to this disease ….I know times are tough but every little helps ..the event is May 28th so not long  left to increase my stamina 😀 🚴‍♂️💪
