To mark a birthday and a retirement, we are mounting a challenge on the Coast to Coast walk in late June.   This route of 191 miles was devised by Alfred Wainwright, and links the Irish Sea to the North Sea, from St Bees to Robin Hood's Bay.  The route crosses three National Parks in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors.  We are hoping to complete the walk in 16 days.

We are taking this opportunity to raise funds for the Blond McIndoe Research Foundation.
