I have enrolled myself to help raise awareness of the support that charities like Contact give to disabled children and thier families. 

Following a chat with a work colleague who has a daughter with cystic fibrosis it has increased my knowledge and understanding of the pressures on families who have disabled children. I am very keen to offer as much help and cash as I possibly can so please be generous to my cause! 

I am also extremely unfit and lazy so this will be extra specially challenging for me so please ensure your donation reflects this! 😊
