After losing their brother, son, nephew, grandson and friend to Ewing's sarcoma after a short 18 month battle at just 22 years old, Tom's family and friends have been fundraising to improve the care and treatment for sarcoma patients.

Story

As many of you will know, we sadly lost our cousin  Tom to Ewing's Sarcoma in October 2018, at the age of 22. To raise awareness of this horrible disease and to raise funds for research into it, I've decided at the ripe old age of 34 to run my first half marathon in Winchester on September 22nd, along with my sister in law Tori Smith (who's 12 years younger then me). Please dig deep, and support us in this, no matter how big or small your donation is ... I promise you it'll be worth it after seeing the state of me when i cross the finish line! I've heard it's a little hilly, and I'm a bit out of shape!

Sarcoma UK, the only cancer charity in the UK focused on all types of sarcoma. Sarcoma is a cancer of the bone and soft tissue. It is one of the hardest to diagnose, and difficult to treat. We can help change this. By donating to my page, you will fund vital research projects looking for better treatments. Your donation will also raise awareness of the symptoms of sarcoma to help patients get an early diagnosis, and ensure everyone has access to specialist advice.Thank you for your support.
