b:ssec Sponsored Walk in Abergavenny · 28 June 2014

CAFOD works with local partners and communities across the world - responding to emergencies, promoting long-term development and raising public awareness of the causes of poverty. We work with people of all faiths and none for a safe, sustainable and peaceful world.

Story

b:ssec staff Paul Bennett, Sam Pascoe and Sam Hunt completed the 38 km distance, 1,500 m climb walk over the Black Mountains on 19/9/2014. For those who know the area, the walk route was Pandy - Sugar Loaf - Crug Mawr - Partrishow - Llanthony - Offa's Dyke - Pandy.

b:ssec has been supporting CAFOD since January 2012 and have continually raised money on behalf of its Green Energy project in Kenya.

Last year staff from b:ssec tackled Dartmoor but this year staff will be taking on the Black Mountains around Abergavenny!
