I am participating in the challenge to raise money in support of Heritage Outreach, a charity so close to my heart.
VIN club is partnering with Heritage Outreach to transform the lives of orphans and vulnerable children for a bright future, they are continually looking for opportunities to improve the wellbeing and quality of their lives and aspire towards the UN sustainability Development Goals (SDGs).
In support, members of VIN club will be embarking on a 15K walk on the 16th October 2021, through London to raise awareness for this charity and most importantly raise funds to enable Heritage Outreach continue with their good work.
Heritage outreach operates and undertake activities in the United Kingdom which includes volunteering initiatives to encourage skilled people in the UK to visit the orphanage in Nigeria and exchange competencies and experience, particularly in the fields of childcare , education and spiritual growth.
Heritage outreach relies solely of donations of funds, goods and services from individuals , community organisation and fundraisers.
You could support with monthly donations to enable them sustain the quality care they provide the children.
£4 can provide clean water and sanitation.
£15 can provide life-saving nourishing food for a child a month (50p per day).
£28 can support with the provision of early years academic education and extracurricular skills development of a child monthly (less than £1 a day)
£50 can pay the salary of a caregiver to nurture, love and provide quality care with the best outcome for four children monthly.
