On Sunday May 27, 2012, Brian Marjoribanks, Graham McQueen, Chris Scott, Clive Scott, Neil McGonigle and Gordon McCann will be running the Edinburgh Marathon.

They are doing the gruelling 26.2miles challenge to raise money for Sands in memory of baby Andrew Marjoribanks, who was sadly born sleeping on Monday, September 12, 2011, just five days before his due date, weighing 9lbs 2oz.  

Jenni and Brian - with help from their friends Chris, Clive, Graham, Neil and Gordon - are determined to do something positive in memory of their beautiful son and in recognition of the support they received from Sands after Andrew's death.

Sands is a charity which helps bereaved parents and their families, and Jenni and Brian would like to help them in their bid to raise awareness as well as contributing to their research into why 17 babies are stillborn or die shortly after birth every day in the UK.
