Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page.

My beautiful son, George, was born on 14th October 2014, yet this was the moment he also passed away.  The impact of little George's death on my family has been profound; for Georgina, Henry and I life changing.

As the trauma gradually passes and we learn to cope with a seemingly irreplaceable emptiness in our hearts, I wanted to do something in memory of my son and to raise awareness about stillbirth.

No one would wish to discuss stillbirth over a pint in the pub, understandably so.  It is also understandable that most do not comprehend the deep pain families experience.  In a very small way, I hope to not only get people talking, but also promote the excellent work of the charity Sands.
