In memory of Jacob Johnson
Story
Our family are taking part in the children’s cancer run in memory of our Jacob, who sadly lost his fight to cancer on the 15th February 2014 three weeks after his first birthday at home with his daddy and all our family around him.
Jacob was diagnosed last July with a very rare aggressive cancer called Rhabdoid Tumour (MRT). Jacob underwent high doses of chemo, operation to remove tumour , more high doses of chemo then radiotherapy.
Jacob was loved by all and always had a smile on his face no matter what was going on.
Our family love and miss Jacob more than words can ever say, not one second of the day goes by we don’t think of him and wish he was here with us.
Please help other children have a childhood and help stop families going through the heartbreak of losing a child.
