Story

After being married for over 5 years. We were blessed with a healthy baby girl in June 2013. I'm so grateful she is healthy and my wife had a complication free pregnancy and birth.

What really got me emotional was the abundance of love and support from family and friends. Gifts from these caring people have provided all the material things needed to help with Khadijah. Pram, car seat, cot, Moses basket, cloths, vouchers and the list goes on. All given as gifts. Along with support in care from grandparents, aunties, uncles, extended family and friends.

Even now, people at work ask about her with genuine interest. 'How is she?' 'How is she sleeping?' 'Anything I can help with?'

It really makes me appreciate how blessed I am, my wife is, and most of all Khadijah is. To have so much love and support from so many people.

But at the same time, I'd ponder about all those children who do not have such abundance. I wanted to be a catalyst for some positive change.

By donating to this page your hard earned money will go towards supporting an orphan. I pray this example will be something I can show baby Khadijah one day as an example of how to express gratitude and how we can share our abundance with less fortunate people.

Donations or not, I'd like to thank everyone who has given their support to us and Khadijah. It has really moved me with deep joy.

Thank you all.
