#Stand4Syria - The #Back2SchoolChallenge!

Education will be key to rebuilding Syria, and YOU can be fundamental in helping us provide it! 

SKT Welfare has established 3 schooling centres in Jordan and Turkey. All the money raised will be directed to the Al-Huda Centre located in Irbid, Jordan. The Centre provides schooling to hundreds of Syrian refugee children, as well as to mature students. 

Currently there are 10 full-time teachers providing a vibrant, healthy, learning environment; yet all of them see their objective as going beyond just education. For many of these children have been traumatised by the imagery of war and the damaging effects that brings with it. Consequently, specialised teachers have been selected with backgrounds in psychological care, to address the unique challenges this raises. 

Additionally, the Al-Huda Centre regularly hands out gifts and financial support to those who are the most impoverished. 

So muster your Ramadan spirit and join the challenge, raising as much as you can through your friends and family over this blessed month! To sponsor one Syrian child every month is just £20 per month, a total of just £240 a year.
