Mongol Rally 2011 · 23 July 2011 ·

The Christina Noble Children's Foundation is dedicated to serving vulnerable children in Vietnam & Mongolia who are in need of emergency and long-term medical care, nutritional rehabilitation, educational opportunities, job placement and protecting those at risk of economic and sexual exploitation.

Story

In late July next year we will be partaking in the Mongol Rally – driving a third of the way around the earth, through a plethora of strange foreign countries, eventually ending up in the Mongolian capital, Ulaan Baatar, 5 weeks, 10,000 miles and whole heap of adventure later!

This is no mean feat. We will be driving across some of the worlds most ferocious terrain, in a vehicle completely unsuited for the task. Plus we will be putting careers, family and our lives on hold for substantial amount of time.

The Mongol Rally isn't just about adventure, it's also about raising huge amounts of cash for some great charities.

As well as the rally, we have various other fund-raising platforms and ideas which include a sponsered skydive and a cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats.

Our team are representing both Cancer Research UK (please see our other page justgiving.com/backforbreakfast) and CNCF – Christina Noble's Children Foundation, to which you can pledge your money to here.
