Baffin Island Artic Expedition · 8 October 2006

The young people we work with need our help more than ever. They face challenges and may live in potentially harmful or disadvantaged environments. We use outdoor adventure and one-to-one support to empower them to fulfil their potential and lead positive lives in the future.

Story

17th March - 1st April 2007

A diverse team of including: Nick Gold, Jason Colchin-Carter, Andrew Murray-Watson, James Ashton, Mark Johnson, Mark Davey, Jamie Walker, Ben Wright, Antony Jinman, Martin Hartley and Lydia Purnell will attempt a ski traverse of 140 miles through the Akshauk Pass, travelling over remote and challenging terrain in temperatures as low as -40 C.

The expedition will be self supporting while on route and all members of the team will play their part in the success of the challenge.

Please help us to raise the necessary funds and improve awareness of the Mitchemp Trust and all its work to help change the lives of the next generation...

Thank you very much for your support
