Story

BA UK Consumer
Sales Retail & IT Team ‘’Height and Distance Challenge’’ 22 & 25 Nov

Every child deserves hope and the chance of a bright future, which is what Flying Start is all about. Every penny raised through the programme goes to children's projects in the cities where we fly.

So in our desire to support such a worthwhile cause this November the IT& retail team will not only take on one challenge, but TWO challenges!

On Friday 22nd November we will all attempt to abseil 80 metres down the ArcelorMittal Orbit (UKs highest Freefall Abseil) AND then after a
gruelling day in the office, on the 25th November we will get into
our gym gear and face a 100 mile challenge; where we will run and cycle 100 (it is our centenary) miles in under 4 hours!

Two mighty challenges for a team of just 7, given some are severely petrified of heights and near all of us in the team struggle with the staircases in Head Office without stopping for a breath! This is no easy challenge for us all so we would absolutely love your support.

Thank you –
Keith, Cindy, Dan, Kam, Nicola, Vince and Freddie
