David's Going Bald

My nephew, Sam, is only 9 years old and is faced with many difficulties most people never have to face. He has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and his muscles are literally wasting away.
He has experienced his mobility gradually declining until August of last year when he lost the ability to walk literally overnight. This is something that will only get worse as all the other muscles in his body slowly stop working.
DMD is the biggest genetic killer of children in this country and there is no cure as of yet. The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign are working hard to try and change this.
Sam's Dad, Brian, and Dad's best friend, Jimi, are taking on the awesome challenge of running the London Marathon on April 17th and crazily I said that I would cut all of my hair off in support if I can raise enough money. Please help me to do this by taking a few minutes to watch Brian's video about Sam (click on the video link) and then make the potentially life changing decision to pledge a few pounds to continue the work of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. It may not save Sam but it gives us all hope and may one day make someone's dream come true.
