Let's Play 100 Heroes
Campaign by Let's Play Project (RCN 1180524)
Let's Play are searching for 100 local heroes to raise £100 each! We rely on the generous efforts of people like you to provide days out & trips for our young people with additional needs. Could you be our hero?

Story

I love what Let's Play does because it provides the things that most families take for granted - like giving their child a  safe and stimulating place to play - to parents that can't access mainstream play and leisure settings.

It supports and brings happiness to over 130 families. I think that's a pretty awesome thing to do! I think it's one of the best things Banbury can boast about.

I am proud to say that I built the Let's Play's website in 2018.  I got to see what they do and meet the team.  Since then I have wanted to remain involved. I am an active member of the Let's Play Community Fundraising Team and came up the idea of the 100 Heroes Campaign. I believe it's a manageable amount of money for someone to raise that can make a huge difference to the young people.

I've always been someone who picks up rubbish, and I keep seeing areas of the town that are really trashed.  I decided to give one evening a week, for a month, to get out to littered areas and get it cleaned up.  My mum, Chris Ogden, has got a proper litter picking kit and she has volunteered to join us too.  Thanks Mum!  My son, Blade aged 7, will be coming along with us too.

We will be starting our litter pick on Wednesday 3rd July 2019 and going out one night a week, for a month.

Please donate and leave a comment if you know of an area that needs a clean up - I'll put on my super hero cape and get down there!!
