Story

Band Panic from Homewood School will be taking part in a 10 hour music marathon in order to raise money for Demelza. This will be taking place as soon as the guidelines allow us! (Fingers crossed for some positive covid updates soon...)

We want to raise money for this charity as it is our chosen charity for our College at school. Last year, we were fortunate enough to have met one of the children from the hospice and this really inspired us to fundraise for them.

Our challenge will involve us playing/performing/jamming/rehearsing for 10 hours straight (with minimal breaks) from 8am until 6pm.

Please sponsor us and support us in our charity event. Unfortunatley due to Covid, we will only be able to live stream the event as no one outside our school bubble will be allowed to enter the performing area.

Please also bear in mind that due to the unreliability of Covid restrictions, we may have to postpone our Demelza fundraiser until after Christmas :-(

We will keep you updated!

Bringing up children and raising a healthy, happy family is hard work at the best of times. When a child is born with or develops a terminal condition, the emotional and physical impact affects the whole family and can be overwhelming. At Demelza, we focus on supporting each child, young person and family we work with to achieve the best possible life. As specialists in care for young people and family support, we will continue to use our outstanding knowledge, experience and expertise to help families enjoy their lives together.
