Shaare Zedek UK - London-Amsterdam Bike Ride · 6 September 2009 ·

Shaare Zedek UK raises vital funds to support the work of the Shaare Zedek Medical Centre in Jerusalem, one of Israel's busiest hospitals. The hospital combines Jewish values and traditions with world-class standards of medical excellence and treats every patient equally and without discrimination

Story

Bank Leumi (UK) is delighted to take part in the Shaare Zedek London to Amsterdam bike ride which will take place between 6-9 September.

Raising funds for Jerusalem’s first children hospital, the bike ride is part of the Building Blocks Appeal, a project estimated at £10m which has become increasingly urgent.

Entering a team of 9 led by CEO, Larry Weiss, the Bank has decided to donate half of the minimum amount required per participant (£1400) ensuring that all costs are covered and that monies raised go directly to the charity.

Please join us in sponsoring the team & supporting Shaare Zedek with this life saving project.

To donate through the Just Giving website, simply click on the ‘sponsor us now’ icon and follow the simple instructions for an easy and secure transfer.

For those of you who may be interested, a special page will be set up shortly on the Bank Leumi (UK) website which will provide updates on the team’s progress.

Thanking you in advance for your contribution,
