In April 2018, we intend to drive this Trabant 601 from John o’Groats to Lands End, following a route distance of 975 miles, over 7 days.
Trabants have for a long time been ridiculed as being the “worst
car in the world” being “uncomfortable, smelly, noisy, belching out blue
smoke and always breaking down.” With a reputation of being made of “papier mache, cardboard, plastic” all of which are inaccurate.

This poor little car has not had many fans over the years, except
in Communist East Germany, where it was the car you had or none at all!
So why not sponsor this planned epic journey for this brave little
